Avoid Makro online!

Do not order from Makro online. This is the third time in a month that Makro has provided me with the worst service I have ever encountered using an online retailer. First they send me boxing gloves that were the wrong size, then they send me a game set I didn't order and they want me to arrange to return it, and now I order an air conditioning unit and I haven't received the delivery and it's been weeks. They assure us 2 to 5 day delivery but this is such a ****! I have called their customer service centre many times and sent emails with absolutely NO feedback. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they have no follow through. Avoid ordering from Makro online if you can.
