AVOID Makro Online
I see I am not the first to complain about Makro Online taking my money, then telling me there is no stock! I should have checked on HelloPeter before placing my order.
I placed an order, and paid for it, on 17 Jan 2019. I was called by someone on 21 Jan, to be told that Makro does not have stock of this item, and I am going to be refunded. Well it is now a week later, and there is no refund in my account.
So Makro has taken my money, and is sitting with it for over a week now, with absolutely no plan to either deliver the product or refund me. This is my first attempt at ordering with Makro Online, and I can promise you, that it WILL be my last!!!!!!
If I search for this order on my Order history, it does not even show, so this order has just been deleted off my account. This is completely unacceptable, and open to huge amounts of *****!!!!!
How can you have an item on sale on your website, and you don't even know that you don't have stock of it?????? WHAT A USELESS WEBSITE. It is a website worth avoiding at all costs

It is very nice of you to reply, but I actually want action, commitment of dates, and MOST importantly, I want my money back. When will this happen??? Give me commitment dates!
