Avoid Makro Online

Placed an order online with Makro, order said it would take 3 weeks but they will stay in contact with me. Did received my sms with my order number - then nothing for three weeks. Visited Makro at Cape Gate after 3 weeks, they will track my order and come back to me- did that 3x times - nobody came back to us. Now it will be a month and I as the client I have to call and ask what is going on. Service is real bad and Cape Gates online department is ***********.
