Avoid Makro Crown Mines at all costs!

"Hello Peter here, and I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received from Makro Crown Mines. I ordered an air fryer with a promised delivery date of 09/06/2025, but it's still pending 48 hours later. The customer service is non-existent, and when I did get through, I was put on hold for 6 minutes! The representative, Refiloe, assured me of delivery, but it's clear they don't follow through on their promises.

The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability is appalling. I've wasted time and money trying to get updates on my order. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from Makro Crown Mines until they sort out their logistics and customer service. I'm taking my business (and my review) elsewhere."
