AVOID MAKRO CARNIVAL AT ALL COSTS!!!

Appalling customer service from MAKRO CARNIVAL!

I placed a sizeable order online on the 26th of November 2022 and to date I have not received My goods.

Part of the order was refunded as the goods advertised were out of stock (false advertising), I was given notification that I will receive the goods within 2-5 working days!

I have escalated this flawed process twice and was promised an email confirmation or a phone call and nothing has materialised. The manager does not even have the courtesy to answer his phone...
