Avoid Makro

I purchased a heater online and Makro payment immediately. I received a text confirming the order. Two days later I decide to log in to track the order. Only to see that the order was cancelled the same day (Makro never bothered to inform me of this). But the website says they will hold onto my money for three weeks before the refund will be processed. I'm disgusted. I have been shopping at Makro for 40 years. I will never shop with them again.
