Avoid Makro at all costs, just use Takealot

I placed an order during the cyberweek and didn't from them a days after delivery date. I still couldn't get a solid response about an ETA from them after five calls to the useless customer service, only empty promises of escalations and callbacks. I canceled and ordered from Takealot who delivered in two days. I've since had nearly ten calls asking for my refund. All I've goten are more futile promises of a coming refund, escalations and callbacks. The managers and the agents are all ****s or ***********. Just use Takealot. Avoid the headaches.
