Avoid buying from Makro. You may never see your goods or get your money back.

I ordered a fridge a fridge and a vacuum cleaner Online on the 22 November 2018. The date I'm writing this is the 12 December and I've still not received the goods. Fully paid for as it was an online purchase.

I called their call centre for days. Each time they said the same thing- that it's "with the courier". No other info. No date on when it would be delivered. No waybill to track it. The goods could have been lost or ****** for all I know. But one thing is for sure- Makro had no clue how to locate the goods or give a delivery time. Every time they said they would contact me with information they did not.

I then asked for a refund which they refused. I asked a supervisor to call me back and that hasn't happened.

I reported this to CPA and am making case against them.

I doubt I will get my goods but don't care anymore. I will fight to get my refund and buy the same stuff for the same price at Game.
