AVIOD BUYING FROM MAKRO ONLINE
Makro Crown Mines is the worst. I've been waiting for more than a month for my delivery. The website says it's been delivered but the tracker says Makro Crown mines haven't given them my order. I've been going back and forth with the Makro online support for 3 weeks now, and they keep telling me the issue has been escalated. Crown Mines is literally 3kms away and the items are in stock. I've tried calling Makro Crown Mines but be put on hold for over an hour and then get redirected to the switch board.

Even the audacity to say you'd respond in "24-48hrs" when you've wasted over a month of my time already. Not that you'd care but I'd be embarrassed to offer this kind of service
