Atrocious Service & Non-Delivery

You guys are officially pathetic. Black Friday isn't my first time ordering from you, but you've gone out of your way to treat your loyal customers like excrement!

My order was placed on the 22nd of November and the order status has been 'in progress' since 24th. The promised delivery time frame was 2-3 days then, but then you suddenly changed this to 7 days. You then also proceeded to cut off your online support number and the rest of the working call centre agents sign when you tell them you've got a problem with your order because it isn't their department. Also, whoever runs your Twitter account is useless! Why be on social media if you're going to be anti-social?

I needed part of this order by the 1st of December, the latest. Now I have to refund this once it arrives. You're pathetic. Nobody cares that your site was (mostly) up on Black Friday, if you then can't fulfill orders and your communication is poor over and above.

I won't be ordering from you again!!
