Atrocious Makro online service. Waiting almost 6 weeks for part of my order

I placed an online order on 13 January. Part of my order got delivered, and part got cancelled, but I am still waiting for 2 steel cups and 5 notebooks. Status on the website says delivery failed. Despite following up almost every day by email, and even trying their call centre, I get no response on what is happening. On the rare occasion they do respond, it is just to tell me to wait longer while they follow up with Makro Carnival.

In addition, I have received multiple SMSs from their delivery partner, telling me to expect delivery that day, which never materialises. At this rate, even putting the ANC in charge of Makro would be an improvement, and that is saying something! Rather stick with Takealot. At least you know your delivery is secure. I never expected to get ****** by a large company like Makro. I feel like just walking into Makro Carnival, taking the goods I am owed, and walking out, without paying.
