Atrocious customer service

I ordered 4 items from Makro on 30 August 2024, order no. MAK***. The first 3 items were delivered on three different days! Despite having phoned 3 times and promised feedback by inter alia Ethan, nothing was done! Even sent a few emails unsuccessful. Still waiting for the last item to be delivered! For the the life of me I can't understand how deliveries by Makro are economical and their customer service stinks! Will definitely not buy from them again!
