At Last!
Makro Crown Mines. I would like to thank Eugene Mudau for his tremendous service! He helped me with my online order which I ordered 4 weeks ago. There was a shortage of a product which delayed to completion of the order. He then helped me replace the product that was not there. Not only did he help me with the replacement, but he sure knows excellent customer service, as he attested to it and proved it. He went out of his way to ensure that I was fairly treated as a customer. We no longer get such customer service these days anymore. Can he please be acknowledges for his excellent customer service together with his patience, in ensuring I get what is due to me. Thank you Eugene, I hope this get's to him. I am truly grateful.
