Asus + Pinnacle + Makro = 1 big mess

Bought ASUS Ci5/4GB/1TB/W8 15.6\ laptop mid 2014. Around December started missing key strokes. Problem got progressively worse. Ruled out software as in BIOS does the same. Sent for repairs under warranty in Feb minus HDD and PSU since easy to pick up in BIOS that the keyboard is faulty. Came back after 3-4 weeks without anything done to it. I took a few days to figure out exactly how to explain the problem and sent back with instructions. Another 3-4 weeks. This time apparently new MB with the RTC broken and faulty battery. Easy to see in BIOS
