Assaulted at Makro

Yesterday I shopped at Makro Woodmead. I had injured my knee about a week ago and came in hobbling on my crutch, but then placed the crutch in the trolley and used it for support. My knee was wrapped in a knee guard (pic attached). In either case, anyone could clearly see I am disabled. I reached the cashier (at the less than 10 items express section) around 11:20 am. I unpacked my goods when a gentleman returned from the exit, because a loaf of bread had not been scanned. Despite having begun to attend to me the cashier leaves me and serves the man who had burst in. Little did I know that this discourtesy was about to be outdone by Makro.Around 11:30 am when I reached the corresponding exit, going to the side of the trolley, the large female security officer came in front of me and used her huge belly to push me back. 1. I was still in the premises of Makro, within the building. Had she thought I'm leaving then I understand that she was within her duty to BLOCK me. But to Physically assault me? And I repeat I HAD NOT LEFT THE BUILDING! 2. Does Makro endorse such ***ual assault of needless physical contact on the opposite gender? 3. She does not even do her duty. She just glanced at my trolley and did not look into the bag, but just signed off my invoice. Yet Makro employs someone who enthusiastically assaults a disabled customer physically and ***ually? 4. I am clearly disabled. I am of small build, especially compared to her. Last night the pain was amplified and I could not sleep. Furthermore, my pain today is definitely worse than yesterday before the assault. I am not in a position to pay for x-rays or scans to determine what further damage Makro had inflicted upon me. I was in such shock at this unexpected treatment that I just left. But I have now thought matters through and am considering my options against Makro, and my legal position.
