On 30 June 2023 i ordered and paid from Makro online for Nescafe Alta Rica coffee x 6. Order no MAK***.I received an email confirming delivery on 4 july. STILL NO DELIVERY!!!! Contacted makro on the toll free no and the chat line. The only response i get is that they are looking into the delivery!!!! Come on Makro deliver wht i have paid for!!!!!!

STILL NO RESPONSE FROM MAKRO AND STILL NO DELIVERY . Numerous emails to their customer email address remain unanswered. Phone calls to their customer care no all promising they will revert AND NOTHING, ZILTCH. STILL NO DELIVERY!!!!! Give my money back as i will NEVER USE MAKRO AGAIN!!!!
