Arrogant lady on the returns department

It was a struggle for my speaker to be taken for inspection and repair, it wasn't fetch as I promise, taking it to Makro crown mine I found an arrogant lady no name tag, she was rude fail to inspect what's on the package keep asking me about package, she ask another Rocka lady she didn't inspected too just book for repairs and didn't even know check what's on the box, so naive and arrogant, ask for manager they didn't seem to even care to call the manager 😡😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Makro total disgraceful no more🙌🏼
