Arrogant ***!

*** Is a NO CARE mail address! I wanted to purchase goods during load shedding and there was a problem with the check-out network. My credit cards was rejected three times and the goods therefor not released. On checking my credit card statement it showed the full amount charged! I tried to get the transaction reversed by the bank but was referred to Makro. After sending copies of the rejection slip to *** I could not get any response whatsoever! I do not have any invoice because I did not get the goods!
