Arrogance and rudeness of Makro Personnel towards customers

On Sunday 14 June 2020 it was a very cold day. I arrived at Makro Alberton at 12h15. I went for gas refill, at the Gas refill station, I was told to queue. I told the personnel that I needed to pay before queuing as everyone was having a slip. Mzikafini Radebe insisted that I queue before I can get a slip to go pay. I queued in the cold, at 14h30 Mzikafini Radebe came and say the shop inside is closed and we can't pay for the gas. Can you imagine freezing on the cold while queuing only to be told that come tomorrow? I decided to continue waiting with those that have already paid for their gas. At 15h30 Mzikafini Radebe started helping his buddies which were coming for gas refill. Once all the people has left, Mzikafini Radebe simply looked at me and walked away.
