Are Makro or Defy responsible for the client

I bought a defy double door fridge on the 22/02/2025 which was delivered on the following Monday. On the 27/02/2025 I was checking the rubbers and found a sharp object under the rubber of the freezer side door and went to the shop after this finding.At the Makro shop me and the salesman found the defy fridge on the floor has the same problem. A defy technician came to check the fridge, took some pictures and until now I have not received any feedback from Makro or Defy as I was sold a reject item.
