Application DECLINED for life

My Makro account was handed over to MBD without any notification from either party notifying me. ( in March 2014), after making a payment of R 5 300 and paying the Interest I find this out in November 2014. After I contact Makro head office was sent to Black Fox, Black fox then referring me to MBD I finally get down to the truth. According the MBD they tried on several occasions to contact me but according to their system my details were incorrect ( yet still receiving Marketing material form Makro). Strangely I had gone to Makro Polokwane 3 times informing them that my address has changed as well as my CCMA case against previous employer and my (at that stage) unemployment. I notified them that I was aware my account was in arrears and promised to pay them when my case was resolved. I in return continued to shop at Makro as I had a R 3003.72 credit balance remaining. I have now settled my account in full received letter from MBD stating this however I was informed today that my Makro account will be declined on every occasion as I am now listed on their system as a bad payer. I forwarded info myself as MBD and Makro have not received anything as yet. ITC has still received nothing
