Appliance not delivered, broken promises. Don't buy from Makro online

Ordered a washing machine on the 31st of Aug, they said 2-5 days for delivery. Today is the 12th of September and nothing has been delivered. Been sent from pillar to post and have called them I don't know how many times and they all say they're escalating the issue. My appliance has been sitting at the courier company for 10 days. Courier company (Value Express) called me saying they'll deliver in the morning so I took a day off work only for them to not pitch up. Called Makro again and they said they'll escalate and that they'll get back to me in THREE days. I won't be buying anything from them whether in store or online from now onwards. Its left a sour taste in my mouth. I wish I read the reviews on here before I made the purchase. Save yourself the headache and don't buy anything from Makro online.
