Appliance Installation

I bought an aircon from Makro two weeks ago. The installation is subcontracted by Servisure and I've already paid for the installation in full.<br> <br> I'm having a very hard time to get servisure to come out to do the installation. I've made multiple appointments and the never show up, or even call to cancel or reschedule. I've called Makro last week to get some help and was told that they'd phone the installers and call me back. Never heard back from them.<br> <br> Terrible service. Will not make the mistake of buying appliances that need to be installed by professionals from Makro again. Or anybody who subcontracts Servisure for that matter.<br>
