Appauling service

The service of Makro online is appaulling. I have been quirying the short refund since May 2024 and I am yet to receive full refund. The item on another order was collected last week by the courier guys and I have not received confirmation from Makro and have no idea on tge progress of that refund either. I'm afraid this will be like the other item they have not refunded in over 8 months. This afternoon, I phoned them again regarding the refund and the agent put me on hold for more than 16 minutes and when she came back suddenly she could not hear me and told me to phone back. The16 minutes call cost me R85. I am sick and tired of waiting, Iwant my money back. This kind of treatment reduces chances of us buying from them again. Amazon is way faster and more reliable than Makro. When you return something at Amazon it gets logged on the system and you get a report with progress. Not sure why Makro can't be that efficient.
