Appauling customer service

I'm not one to buy things online but decided to give it a try as I don't have time anymore. I decided on trying out makro and I haven't has good service from the get go. 1. The order was for a pick up, I made the payment and drove to Strubbens Valley makro to go get my order- halfway there I'm told pick ups take 3 - 5 business days what was the points of my requesting pick up. I got to makro requesting my order I was made to wait over two hours.

2. Second order I decided to get something delivered and I got baby food, completely different from what I ordered

3. My order was split in two orders one order came one time the other was no where to be found

4. Makro websites should delivery will be in 2 days based on destination so we place or orders based on what's on the website now we need to start calling to find out where our things are like we asking for favour's

5. The 5th order. I received a sms tasting my order was pack and I should expect my order on the 8th for example they come to house on the 7th to make a delivery on the day not scheduled do not get a phone call or anything to say we are on our way or delivery day changed.

6. Most recent order my order again was split into two first got delivered I received my second order 1 week late from promise 2 day delivery. No apology no nothing

7. I placed my order on the 16th got an sms stating order was handing to a courier at 10:56am, it is now Friday it's still have not moved yet again another disappointing order and now have to re-arrange my plans and spend extra money which I did not plan to because an *********** company.

I've sent makro countless emails with regards to my dissatisfaction and all I get it's we will escalate, no apologies no nothing . This will be my last order you have put me off online shopping
