Appallng online service

Please stay clear of their online service,Appalling service,customer agents and managers are not true to there word,promise to call you back but never do.They really dont have a clue about customer service. After a week of calling everyday and taking a day off from work to visit store to resolve my order....still sitting in the dark Over ten employees promised to call me back including 3 managers...........not a single one of them kept to their word...
