Appalling useless service

I ordered a Printer from Makro online on 6 February 2019 to be delivered to a locker and delivery was to take place on 13 February 2019 and to date I am still waiting .

I have called every week and been passed from one person o the other in order to find out when delivery can be expected and there has not been any feedback from anyone despite the various people undertaking to contact me .

I do firstly apologize for the inconvenience caused and delayed response as this is not how we treat our customers. Please be advised that I have now escalated the above complaint to senior management and will revert back as soon as possible.
