Appalling services

Appalling customer service! Have been hanging on your switchboard for over 10mins, listening to your silly music with no answer. Tried multiple customer service number for an urgent assistance based on the false information given by one of your cashiers. Bought a gift card at Makro Carnival in the east of Johannesburg, I specifically asked that lady whether the gift card can be used at Game since Game and Makro are under Massmart and she confidently confirmed yes. A week later to make a fool of myself go to game, fill up a trolley only to be told that card can only be utilized at Makro not Game! And now nobody is willing to help sort this out.
