Appalling service with an online order from Makro Centurion

I have been ordering food stuff and toiletries for a while with their online shopping service. I did the same on the 27th November 2025 and requested it be delivered on the 29th. Nothing was delivered. I sent them an email more than once and was told the matter was escalated, dololo. I then used own airtime morethan 4 time to call the call center and was told they would be delivered on the 3rd on December, still nothing. I called now and have been told they have a backlog and would get my things on Monday. My son is home for holidays I got things he needed me sugar. No one bothers to update me I keep calling and emailing. I am so angry typing this review and they do not even deserve the 1 star.
