APPALLING SERVICE RECEIVED MAKRO GQEBERHA

Appalling service received from Makro Gqerbega. I would like to bring to your attention the appaling service received. On the 19th April 2023 I purchased a 32L Silver Samsung Microwave at the abovementioned branch, less than 10 days later the microwave is found to make a strange vibrating noise. Upon calling Makro with a microwave that is less than 10 days old, I am referred to the supplier for repairs Samsung, needless to say I was immensely perplexed but nonetheless comp**** and literally immediately after the long weekend on the 2nd May took the microwave to Samsung for repairs in Pickering Street. I was called 3 days later on the 5th May to collect my appliance stating that the vibration noise has been repaired, to my shock and dismay the sound returned 10th May upon returning to Makro 12th May now highly dissastisfied and superbly irate we were told it needs to go back to Samsung for repairs, please tell me who has R1900 in these tough economic times to waste I have only got use of this 1 month old microwave for 3 days and am now being told it needs to go for repairs again to giant SAMSUNG of all places ????? SAMSUNG is meant to be the best on the market yet a problem occurs with appliance within 8 days of having purchased it - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!
