Appalling service from Makro online!

Makro online and Makro Springfield appalling service.... I ordered a washing machine online with claimed delivery in 2-5 days. A week later I still haven't received delivery. I phone Makro online only to be told to phone the store (Springfield) or the delivery company myself. The store keeps on cutting me off when I call, and the delivery company tells me that the washing machine was never even picked up from the store!
