Appalling Service from Makro (Online)

Makro’s online service is really appalling and the less said about it the better. Ordered an item on Monday online and paid via EFT, then more than 48hrs later I send them an e-mail asking them why was my status still logged on “confirmed” and no changes for almost three days...I mean after all, my order was the in-store collection and since the money was already in their standard bank account I couldn’t understand why no movement in my tracking. I then expressed how unhappy I was and even “considering” cancelling my order and taking my business elsewhere! Maybe the person reading that got so emotional and personal that s/he cancelled my order right there and then without even bothering to check with me the customer first. It’s only when I logged on to track my order I realized that it was cancelled. Now the “clever” person was quick to cancel my order at their own discretion and conveniently forgot to let me know where to from here regarding my money that is sitting in their account. I might be the small fish in the ocean but they must go check with their sister store (Game) how long have I had my account with them and how I conduct it! Words cannot express how I feel about Makro and hope someone with integrity from their end comes across this review.
