Appalling service, don't give a damn about the customer

On the 14th of May 2024 I placed an order on makro online for 2 items. A Hyundai 10 inch tablet and an electronic measuring s****. The tablet was delivered on the 16th of May 2024. Upon opening the device I discovered this device did not have the security tag/sticker and the cables were lying open in the box. Anyways I put the device to charge and it refused to charge. I tried various plug points same thing. I checked the device and discovered it had 11GB of data and there was a call made from the device with a 11% battery life.

I immediate unplugged this item and called Makro to return the device. What a mission that was. Anyways I logged a return online, the device was fetched from me on Friday the 18th. Not a word since. I have been calling emailing and all I get told was they refunded me R122 for the s**** that was out of stock. Never received my balance of the money and now the second payment went off and I have been following up with Makro but nobody cares. Why am I being debited for this? This has been returned!

I hold on for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. I have requested to speak to a manager about this but get promised to be called but nobody calls or knows anything! I want to know why are you so ***********. This is the second time I have bought from here and experienced appalling service. Never again. I want this to be cancelled on payflex as I do not have the device NOR want it. Just return my money and cancel this so payflex does not debit my account AGAIN. 2 payments have gone off and I was only refunded R120. Please fix this nonsense immediately. This is theft. Payflex is another useless service provider. Had I known earlier that Makro has used marketplace for this tablet, I would of never bought from here. I had purchased this item using payflex so my initial payment of R537 went off immediately on the 14th.
