Appalling Service

Two items were ordered on 6 November 2023 One item was delivered on 7 November 2023 Despite more than 20 emails and about 10 phone calls, despite the matter having a reference number and an order number, despite the matter being 'elevated' at least three times, I am still waiting for the delivery of the remaining item. The sheer incompetence and lack of caring of more than five different staff members is mind boggling. I shall never shop at Makro again even though I have been a customer for 40 years. If this is how they treat customers they need to loose more.
