Appalling service by Makro Online

Despicable service from the Makro online store, I have been waiting for answers regarding 2 fans that I ordered and paid for on 11th of February with a follow up email from them that delivery would be on the 17th of February, to date nothing received and whenever I follow up I get "sincere apology" emails "the query has been escalated" but with no further feedback from them. The courier companies used by Makro Online is also the most despicable rude individuals I have ever dealt with, they challenge you to report them because they don't care if you do. I will never deal with Makro Online ever again!
