APPALLING SERVICE AT MAKRO CROWN MINES

Appalling service and attitude of staff at Makro Crown Mines!!! Walked in at 4:30pm. Stood and waited for half an hour for the workers at the paint department to assist us without even being acknowledged as customers waiting, not a "hello" or "ill be with you in a few minutes". Paint department was rude, unhelpful and just unpleasant to deal with. Felt as if I'm asking them for a favour to assist me. There was NO floor manager to be seen on the ground. We asked three people for the manager until we were directed by the FOURTH person to find him. Seems to have been a co-worker cover move that the staff "play". We were insulted by the assistant manager (Tembiso). He told us that there is nothing wrong with "my people" and that everyone in the store can't be a problem, it must be US having the issue. Is that a way to speak to your customers? Cashier was rude! She confused us with someone she spoke to earlier and told us "you are here again, I already told you where to go" after handing our receipt (in the interim of us packing our goods) she remarked "are you waiting for something?" If the staff are unhappy in their work environment they should look for work some place else. This attitude should not be brought upon the customers. Absolutely disappointed! Will not be returning to Makro Crown Mines! Pity there isn't a rating lower than a 1 star.
