Appalling service!!

Hi Makro team, it's been 10 days now since I added the item to my cart and paid for it and despite numerous phone calls, emails, complaints on Hellopeter of which you responded saying my issue was being dealt with and yet here we are again 3 days later and I have nothing to show for my efforts. I'm at the point now where I could put my fist through something in frustration! Surely you could have arranged for a product key to be sent under a new order number or something if the original one was muddled up and then worried about the backend stuff later on? I am so unimpressed with how this situation has been dealt with and I feel i'm a reasonable/patient person. Yes it's not a multi-million rand deal so I understand my little order might not be priority number 1 but a clever dude with a computer should be able to sort this out in a minute flat! Pretty please can this be resolved, this really shouldn't be so difficult. I don't want another phone call with empty promises, I just want my digital license for the product I paid for in my email at light speed, thanks.
