Appalling service!

Makro Riversands has been appaulling in their back and forth to getting a Bubblegum tablet I bought from them fixed. Tablet starting being faulty barely 4 months into it being bought. After numerous calls, 2 assessments, tablet being in their possession for 7 months, tablet still faulty!! Was told I'd get a refund or new device after 2nd assessment but they have now changed their tune. Tablet now back in their possessiin for the 3rd time for same fault. Worst service ever!!!
