Appalling service

I bought a dishwasher in store at Makro Carnival on the 27th of November 2024, which was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of December 2024. The delivery did not happen and when I phoned yesterday to enquire what the problem was, I was told they will phone me back. I have still not received any feedback. I have tried phoning about 20 times today to find out and have been purposefully cut off every time. I feel that this is appalling service from this large company.
