APPALLING SERVICE
If there was a NO STAR option I would definitely choose that.
Cancelled my order on the 06/06/2019 and was advised that it takes 7 wk days to get my refund. Phoned them on the 14/6/2019 and was advised that the matter had been escalated to the Finance dept. Yesterday I called again and spoke to Karabo who put me on hold for close to 10mins. Decided to drop that call and called again and spoke to Nompulelo and I requested to speak to a manager/ team leader. She took all my details and promised me a callback. That was yesterday and I’m still waiting....
