Appalling Service
I am tired of having to deal with the makro agents that never have a clue what is going on and make you wait for over 15 minutes on a call just to tell you that "I am not sure what the problem is but I have escalated your matter", all this generic responses have no effect and do not move either one of us closer to a solution. I do not know what a person has to do to receive the expected and promised service from this large corporation.
I am talking about a sale I made on the 6th February 2019. Now just a portion of my money has been refunded.
