Appalling Service
Was having an issue with promotion pricing. Prisca Matsha was called to assist. Her facial expression and body language was rude. I asked for her name and she walked away while talking to her. As a regular client at your store, I believe that turning your back to a client while they talking to you is absolutely unacceptable. She is apparently a supervisor, and if this is the kind of service that is portrayed by a supervisor/ manager what sort of service will we get from the rest of the staff.
