Appalling online service

Makro online service is appalling. I ordered my groceries like I do every month it has been 7 days since date of purchase and my order hasn't arrived with communication as to why. I called them and Wumdrop countless times this whole week, emailed and WhatsApp but still no resolution or communication from them. Their refund takes just as long.
