Appalling online service

Makro Springfield is a JOkE! They apparently provide a service of online delivery which is an even bigger joke!

I placed an order on 25th of November 2023. I had recieved 1 email from Makro confirming my order and that was the end. I followed up via WhatsApp on 02 December. I recieved correspondence on 03 December informing me a driver was on route and my items will be delivered shortly. I then received a text from the delivery guy informing me that he was not able to reach me so he was returning the items to the store. I contacted the store and informed them of the drivers failure to deliver the items and the lies of him tried to contact me. I have since been given the run around and left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I am very unhappy dissatisfied customer! They offer a service which they are unable to deliver! Absolutely pathetic. I suggest you never do business with Makro Springfield. Rather take your business to GAME or another store but MAKRO!
