Appalling Online and Call Center Service
The delivery and Makro website is appalling! There is no way to track your order! You receive an SMS on a Monday that your order is on it's way, but don't get it until Wednesday early evening. No one in the Makro call centre can tell you exactly where the order is, only that it that it has been dispatched!. All the status says is "handed to courier" for 3 days straight online!! The courier can come early in the morning or late evening. What do they expect you to do, wait around all day for a call that might not come?? The delivery system is appalling!! All other online purchase websites allow you to track your order precisely! I was about to cancel my order if it did not come on the Wednesday!

48 hours is not good enough!
You say 2-5 days delivery time on your website. I ordered the bags on the 20th of September. Today is 5 days later!
I am travelling tomorrow and reqyire my bags for that travel.
If they bags are not at my door by 15:00 today I would like a full refund and will be cancelling my order!

I received no notification of delivery, that the products were even in their way and worst of all, they are delivered and signed for by the wrong personand wrong house number! What kind of courier company is this?? Who is to say I even knew my neighbours and they would have told me. You almost cost me thousands of rands. You have lost a customer!!!
