Appalling Non service

I cannot believe the way on line customers are treated . Don't buy on line with Makro...you will regret it. Briefly I ordered the same article twice & both times they palmed me off with an inferior product, nothing like I ordered Both products have been returned & credits raised. However despite endless phonecalls, Whats Apps & emails nobody has responded to my question as to when I will receive the correct problem Im given promises ,which are nothing .but platitudes , they just want to get rid of you & pass you on to someone, who never answered. I'm told on many occasions that the "Team" will sort it out but nothing happens, it's a figment of their imagination. I'm sick & tired of trying to get a simple answer & will never use Makros on line facility again.
