APPALLING LACK OF SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION FROM MAKRO

I’ve been chasing up feedback on an order i made on the 31st of March to no avail. There has been NO DELIVERY and NO COMMUNICATION even after requesting to cancel and be refunded. I posted another review on Hellopeter on the April, i was promised feedback but it’s been radio silence since.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I do not have the patience and time to continue playing cat and mouse with Makro. Why accept orders knowing very well you cannot fulfill delivery timelines??? WORSE OFF you do not communicate with customers despite several follows ups. PATHETIC!!!

I also have a friend who placed an order on the 25th of March but till today he was being given the run around by Makro. The items were needed for Easter but that’s history now. Out of 9 items in the order, only today they decided to deliver 1 item for his order. BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!

I WANT FEEDBACK REGARDING MY ORDER - I REQUESTED A REFUND and MY FRIEND WANTS FEEDBACK ON THE REST OF HIS DELIVERY.

WHERE IS MY REFUND???

Your lack of communication is DISGUSTING!!! For an order placed on the 31st of March. Firstly, you do not communicate delays. In fact you do not communicate at all. Secondly, I request a refund and it’s still radio silence from you guys despite my many follow-ups via email and here.

All i want is my money back!!! You did not fulfil the delivery and it’s now over 2 weeks since i placed the order.

No delivery, no communication and no refund. SHAME ON YOU MAKRO!!!

Very pathetic and useless service (lack thereof).

If i do not get an actual response with proper feedback within the week, i will be escalating to the Consumer Ombudsman.
