Appalling exchange service at Makro

In November 2020, I lodged a complaint with Makro Ottery regarding a side by side fridge delivery that was damaged. The same people who delivered the fridge also broke the lights at our complex.

A technician was sent to our home to assess the fridge and after having to call Makro numerous times, they agreed to pick the fridge up for an exchange for the same fridge. It is now 2 months later, after numerous where they said they would get back to me. I have not received any feedback and Makro has not done the exchange on the fridge. This has been very frustrating for me.

I need the fridge exchanged before the 21st Feb 2021.
