Appalling Customer Service

So, I went to Makro Silverlakes to purchase a Pool/Snooker table with accessories on 2nd January 2023. Can I just say the service I received was appalling to say the least. I got there went to the aisle to look for it, couldn't find one, naturally I signaled for assistance and eventually after about 5 minutes a gentleman appeared. I told him what I was looking for and he disappeared to go look if they have in stock. I wandered around browsing at some other items while I was waiting for this gentleman, Floyd, just to discover that he was assisting another customer with something else. My son then approached him and politely asked him if he could find the pool table??? He disappeared again and eventually brought the pool table after another 15 minutes and then had the audacity to ask me very rudely who will be paying for the items, I proceeded to the pay point to pay for my items which totaled to almost R8000. at this point I'm already irritated and then to top it all off I was not offered any assistance whatsoever to load this huge table on my bakkie.

I will never ever shop at Makro again and I will most definitely share my terrible experience with as many of my friends and family.
