Appalling Customer Service

I ordered 3 items online from Makro on 2nd Feb 2025. 2 of the 3 items were delivered a day apart with my biggest item being a 3 peice luggage set not delivered. My package has been delayed for days and there’s been multiple calls and online chats with there support teams and each time I speak to someone I get conflicting information. It has been a very frustrating experience. I have highlighted on so many occasions that I’m travelling on Thursday 13th and need my luggage. If I’d known this will happen I would’ve just opted to go into the store. The customer service has been appalling, no one can provide an actual answer it’s like no one knows what they’re doing or when my package is expected. I feel let down. I need to pack and I can’t. I’m so stressed. This is just not fair at all
